University College Cork are an active Smarter Travel Campus Partner Campus for a number of years and engage in a number of initiatives during the year to promote smarter travel.
They are participated in the first ever Smarter Travel Campus Student Cycle Challenge, and are also active rolling out innovative cycle facilitates on campus including bike rental schemes, e-car charging points, collaboration with other programmes, including the Health Matters programme and much more.
UCC have also participated in various Smarter Travel Workplaces events over the passed number of year, including the 10 Minute Cycle Challenge for staff and the Pedometer Challenge.
